1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the legal age of adulthood in Indonesia.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and when placing bets.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) and a selfie photograph holding the ID card within 72 hours of registration.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account.

2.3 Account Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts (known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Non-Transferable: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account to another person.
• No Third-Party Access: You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
• Prohibited Professions: Employees of rrk77, its affiliates, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are prohibited from creating Accounts or gambling on the Platform.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

rrk77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard members; higher limits available for VIP members.
• Processing Time: Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• No Deposit Fees: rrk77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all deposited funds originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed the KYC verification process and had your identity approved by our compliance team.
• Withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your KYC documents.
• Meet the minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50,000.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

• Processing Time: Verified Accounts receive withdrawals within 10-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional security verification.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard members. VIP Gold members enjoy unlimited withdrawal amounts.

• No Withdrawal Fees: rrk77 covers all bank transfer charges. You receive the full withdrawal amount without deductions.
• Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: We reserve the right to request additional documentation or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected. Large withdrawals (above Rp 100,000,000) may require enhanced verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed, restricted, or denied in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or failed KYC verification.
• Active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Pending investigation of betting patterns or game irregularities.
• Chargeback requests initiated through your bank or payment provider.
• Technical issues or maintenance affecting payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by rrk77 are subject to the following general conditions:

• One Bonus at a Time: You may have only one active bonus on your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus will forfeit any remaining balance from a previous bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements, which specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x depending on the promotion.
• Game Weighting: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: Slots (100%), Live Casino (10%), Sports Betting (10%), Table Games (20%).

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Activities

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes in sports or roulette).
• Colluding with other Players to exploit bonuses.
• Depositing funds solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intention to wager.
• Withdrawing deposited funds immediately after claiming a bonus without meeting wagering requirements.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by rrk77. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly if pricing errors or technical issues are suspected.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body. In cases of postponement, bets remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are void and stakes refunded.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) odds update in real-time. Bets placed after a significant event (goal scored, card issued) but before the odds update may be voided.
• Maximum Payouts: Single bet maximum payout: Rp 500,000,000. Accumulator maximum payout: Rp 1,000,000,000.

6.2 Casino Games

• RNG Certification: All slot and table games use Random Number Generators certified by independent testing laboratories (iTech Labs, GLI, eCOGRA).
• Game Malfunction: If a game malfunctions, all affected bets are void and stakes are refunded.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection drops during live casino play, the hand continues to completion based on the dealer's actions. Your bet stands and results are visible in your game history upon reconnection.

6.3 Lottery and Togel

• Togel (traditional Indonesian lottery) results are based on official draws from Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau lottery authorities.
• Bets must be placed before the official draw cutoff time published on the Platform.
• In the event of a cancelled or postponed draw, all bets on that draw are void and stakes refunded.

7. Account Security and Responsible Use

7.1 Your Responsibilities

• All activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying rrk77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension or closure:

• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to generate winnings.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or use of stolen payment methods.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally ambiguous area under Indonesian law. You accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your use of rrk77 complies with all applicable local regulations.

12. Amendments to Terms

13. Account Closure and Termination

• Your personal data will be retained for the period required by law (typically 5-7 years for financial records).

13.2 Involuntary Closure by rrk77

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You become abusive toward staff or other Players.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

In cases of involuntary closure for Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited at our discretion.
